Online Claims Records Registration

To access your Claims Records online we need to verify who you are.
To do this we will need your Garda Reg number, your date of birth, your PPSN (Personal Public Service Number) and an email address.

The email address is a required piece of information to register with the website. If you do not currently have an email address one can be easily created, free with any of a number of websites, such as Google's email service which you can get to by clicking here.
